When I'm running the Strava-app doesn't show my heartrate although the lines of the heartrate symbol is moving. I understand that in de Health-app om my iPhone some setting should be one but as far as know I these settings are allright according to some online sources. Is there a solution?

Works now. The trick was to set the watch back to factory settings.
