IOS 11.02 causes my iphone 7 plus to freeze

I have updated my phone to ios 11, ios 11.01 and ios 11.02 and all three have caused my phone to freeze everytime i try to open any app. The only fix is to revert back to 10.3.3. Now itunes will not allow me to restore my phone back to ios 10.3.3. I get the message that my iphone is not authorized to restore. I have restored to 10.3.3 several times trying to solve the freezing issues on my phone. The issue with ios 11 is that every app i try to open takes 30 sec to 2 minutes to open. In that time the app is waiting to open the phone will not respond to any input. I have reset my phone to factory setting. I have performed the DFU restore of the phone firmware. So far nothing has worked. Now my phone is stuck with ios 11.02. My phone works completely fine with ios 10.3.3.
