How to download new version of iTunes without computer

I need to update my software to 11.0.2 but I don’t have the beta profile and I can’t download the new version of iTunes because I don’t have a computer. Please help

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 11.0.1

It is possible to update an iPhone to iOS 11.0.2 wirelessly without using iTunes on a computer. See: Update the iOS on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

iTunes is a computer Application, it only runs on a computer. If you don't have a computer then you don't have any need for iTunes.

If what you want is iOS 11, then you can download it directly on your iPhone by going to Settings->General->Software Update.

Since iOS 11 is already out to the public, you also don't need a Beta profile to download it. It's available to everyone with a supported device.

Beyond that, if you are having a specific issue with updating directly on your iPhone, you are going to have tells exactly what that is. What happens when you try, and what iOS version is currently running on your iPhone
