How do I find a device ID from an erased iPhone?

I got a new iPhone 8, and I set it up to work perfectly with my existing carrier, Verizon.

Now I want to trade in my old Verizon iPhone 6. I've already turned off "Find my iPhone" and fully erased it. However, now Verizon wants my device ID. I can't figure out how to determine the device ID because it's erased and I can't get into the "About" screen anymore. Help?

Any of the following will work: serial number, IMEI, ICCID, WIFI address, or MEID.

iPhone 6, iOS 10.3.3

Did you look on the back of the phone?

Try to connect your phone to a pc or Mac and open iTunes. You Will Find all that info you need

Hi

You need to set iPhone up again over your wifi to get this information.

Unless you have the box/paper work.
