pencil tools not appearing in notes

Hi,

Check what folder you are in, within your Notes application

Try creating a new note directly on your iPhone or iPad, not in one of your email accounts.

At least five options should show at the bottom of the note.

Your iCloud notes should show tools, too.

If you are looking at further tools, take a screen shot, then click on bottom left and edit that image
