I can’t download my free apps it keep saying to verifie my billing. When I do he process my debit info would say decline , how Can I erase it completely so I can continue downloading my app (iOS 11.0.2)

Go to iTunes main page bottom of page apple I'd click that view I'd Go to manage payments check / change your card details and enter the 3 digit code from the back of the card.

Mine will not verify either, I’m trying to download free apps.

I HAVE PUT IN MY SEC CODE AND IS STILL DECLINING MY CARD I DONT UNDERSTAND ITS A FREE APP AND IT WONT LET ME DOWNLOAD THE APP IT SAYS ITS DECLINING MY CARD
