Itunes 12.7 color artefact

After update, only on my Mac mini ( the installation was made formatting the disk and a reinstalling by zero ) iTunes 12.7 became crazy.

Only in full screen, in a few seconds the pointer and the controllers at the bottom disappear. In this moment a colored layer ( sometimes green, after another installation pink and in the end purple ) overlaps the movie alternating its colors.

If I move the pointer ( the controllers reappear ) or there is a notification popup on the screen, everything goes well.

This thing happens only on my own movie, not on the purchased items.

Also the last update doesn't improve the issue.

What's left to do?

Mac mini, macOS High Sierra (10.13)

I'm getting this on my SD movies that I have ripped from a DVD. Have to leave mouse at bottom of screen to keep from doing this and so am forced to look at the movie playback controls as I watch. This is not good. It irritates me. Pay attention Apple. I buy a lot of videos and TV shows both from Apple and from other sources. I do not want to be forced to abandon iTunes.

I have this issue as well, also on a Mac mini, in both iTunes and QuickTime: as soon as the on-screen controls disappear, the colors blow out. It started happening immediately after the upgrade to High Sierra.

One additional data point: if I use Screen Sharing on another Mac to connect to the Mac mini, the colors return to normal. It's as if Screen Sharing keeps the screen active in the same way that moving the mouse does.

Changing ColorSync profiles does not help. Turning off hardware acceleration or running in safe mode might help, but there is no way to do that in recent versions of QuickTime.

It does not happen in VLC or any web browser.
