Iphone frozen on verifying update. I have iPhone 7

I chose update over 24 hrs ago. Phone screen says verifying update.

MacBook Pro with Retina display, iOS 7.0.2

Hi

Try a reboot press the power button down &side volume button down hold both down until you see apple logo
