Hi there, Viro30!

Thanks for being a part of the Apple Support Communities. From your post, I understand you are having trouble with Siri. Specifically, when you ask Siri a question, Siri responds with a message indicating it is unable to connect to the network. I'm happy to help!

Based on what you've described, I would recommend teh following steps from Get help with Siri on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support :

If Siri isn't available, or doesn't understand or respond to questions

Siri might say something like, "Sorry, I'm having trouble connecting to the network," or "Try again in a little while." This is probably a network issue. Check your Internet connection and try again later.

If Siri still doesn't work as expected, try these steps. After each step, see if Siri is working.

  1. On your iOS device, go to Settings > Siri & Search, and make sure that Listen for "Hey Siri" and Press Home for Siri are on. Also, go to Settings > General > Restrictions, and make sure that Siri & Dictation isn't off.
  2. Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
  3. Go to Settings > Siri & Search and turn off "Hey Siri" and Press Home for Siri. Then turn both back on again.
  4. If you're using an iOS device, try to use Siri with a headset. If Siri only works when you're using a headset, get help with the microphones on your device.

If Siri still doesn't work, contact Apple Support.

Have a great day!

Thanks for the reply, i have done all that and i even dis a reset of all the setiings and a backup restore and sitl siri gives met the message when i say hey siri or hold my home button in, and callingbout hey siri works to open it and just keepsnon loading so it shows that my mic is working. But stillbi get the message that siri cant connect to a network and i must try again later, i have to add that i notice that not any of my dictation voice related is working on my iphone after the update so it might meen something else is also wrong and not just siri
