How do i view what is in my icloud on WINDOWS 10 PC?
i just downloaded iCloud on my PC but i can't see what's stored in there! i do not want to synch i just want to see what's in it! Thanks!

I just downloaded iCloud but i don't know how to open iCLoud Drive in the APP...oh in Explorer? ok

i can't find it! WHy doesn't it come up in the search bar? I did check the box for iCloud Drive...
I logged into my iCloud.com. WOW now its showing the icons in iCloud.com. Before there was nothing. I cickded on the iCloud Drive . . ...says nothing. Does that mean there really is nothing but why does it say my storage is almost full?
ok clickd on PHotos. No photos showing up . Does that mean becuase i didn't turn on my ipad? Or there's nothing in it? I want to make sure there is NOTHING in the iCLOUD! Thanks!

No, its not directly your Apps. It's the backups taken from your devices which may contain data from Apps, but does not contain the Apps themselves.
Read here for details on what exactly is backed up.

Correct. Since iCloud Photo Library is not turned on as per the screenshot, then no photos are stored on iCloud.
According to the graph there, its your device backups that are taking up the most space.
On your iOS device, you can go to Settings->Accounts(top of Settings)->iCloud->Manage Storage->Backups->Pick a Device, and you'll get a list of apps whose data is getting added to the backup. You can manage what gets backed up to iCloud there.
You can open the iCloud Drive Folder in Windows Explorer. Or just log in to http://icloud.com on any browser.
