Undoing IOS 11.01.02

I had about 1000 documents in an older version of PDF Expert, including insurance certificates, course certificates, research articles req’d for my professional licence etc that I can no longer access. I thought adding new docs would be gone but did not anticipate no access. How can I go back an IOS Level?

you can not. You can contact the app developer and ask them why they did not update their architecture when they had plenty of heads up that they needed to.

If they were saved on the cloud, they should be available provided the new version connects to the same cloud server that the other one did. You should get in touch with the developer of the app and find out from them how you can get access back to your documents that you had backed up on the cloud server.

Thanks. Do you know if there is a way to recover the documents? I have an updated PDF Expert (which is why they didn’t continue support for their old one). If the documents are stored in the cloud via the old app, would they be available to the new app?
