Hi

The built-in apps on Apple Watch do not include food intake tracking features.

However, you may find that a third-party app meets your needs for logging food intake throughout the day.

For example:

MyFitnessPal

Calorie Counter and Food Diary by MyNetDiary

Various other apps are also available. You may find it most helpful to search the app store using "calorie counter"as the search term.

To browse and search for apps with the results pre-filtered to include only those iPhone apps that also include an app for Apple Watch, use the Watch app on your iPhone. Apps can be searched by keyword or app name via the Search tab.
