Apple alu keyboard norwegian with windows 10?

I have an older extended apple keyboard with Norwegian layout from 2007. It`s actually still a great keyboard in my opinion, and it works flawlessly on my macs.

However, it`s kind of annoying on windows (10). The keys doesn`t map to what`s printed on them.

How can I make an optional keyboard layout that I can select on my windows computer when I connect the apple keyboard? I`d love to just download some bootcamp file for this, but I just can`t find what I need...
