I follow the steps to view my purchases, (in particular I am looking for proof that I paid to purchase a few apps) I am unable to see any purchases other than my music purchases.

If you use a computer and iTunes, the purchase history should show everything. It's in chronological order so if you don't know the date or approximate time frame it may not be easy to find.
All of your purchases should show (in chronological order) using the method described in See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support
I just tried it and verified that it does display app purchases.
When I follow the directions this is what comes up and I do not see where to go to check my purchases.I’m sure it must be operator error so please tell me what I’m doing wrong cause fr the life of me, I do not see the same thing that the page shows in the instructions ... thank you for your help.

I will do just that. Thank you for the tip - it won’t be too hard to find, I haven’t purchased that much. With th latest IOS update, one of my purchases ‘can not be found’ and it is up to me to prove I made the purcase. I’m sure when I do ‘they’ will say OOOOOkay then. Will let you know the outcome. Thanks again!
Purchasewas over 90 days ago - I had checked that route as well and did see purchases but not what I was looking for - thank you for your guidance.
