How to recover voice memos from a dead iphone?

I neeeeeed to find a way to recover voice memos from a dead iPhone. I dropped my phone in water a couple months ago. Hence, I got a new phone. I have been able to recover all my pictures from ICloud. Is there any way to recover the voice memos from my old iPhone. iCloud or other ways?

I can certainly understand wanting to restore your previous data and you've come to the right place for support. When you restored your device, did you use a previous backup that included these voice memos? If you made regular backups, you can find a backup using the info in the link below.
