AMC Theater Membership pass causing issues

I have the AMC Theater app installed and a Stubs membership card in my Apple Wallet. Today while poking around I noticed I am not able to delete the Stubs card (no "remove pass"). Not just that but any membership card I have in Apple Wallet, my Staples card has the same issue. I also noticed that the little Apple add about "Keep your boarding passes, movie tickets, retail coupons, and rewards cards in one place" doesn't show while the AMC Stubs card is present. And I can't get history of transactions for my credit cards with those membership cards installed.

The only way I have found to solve the issue is to delete the AMC theater app. Go back into Wallet and then the "Remove" button appears. Seems like a serious issue. I repeated this process, re-installed AMC.app, added Stubs card to Wallet, and again could not remove the pass and all the other issues re-appeared. Deleting the AMC.app solved the issue again.

Not only this. My phone went from being hot to cooling down while on charge. I am wondering if this was the issue causing terrible battery life after the update to iOS11?
