Configurator 2 - Editing Blueprints gives a blank page

Went to setup another blueprint for my school (~200 iPads) and the Blueprints screen in Configurator 2 is now blank for all my blueprints.

Here's a screenshot. I can't change any settings in here now!

The rest of the app seems to work okay.

I've tried relaunching the app, rebooting etc, no change.

Running Configurator 2.5 on Sierra 10.12.6

Thoughts?

Looks like the problem appears to be caused by using a backup that was created in either an earlier version of Configurator, or an iOS10 backup.

Looks like I'll have to create all my app setups/backups again.

Also: Another issue that appears to happen when using an old backup, a whole bunch of apps won't install properly and get stuck. Restoring it without using a backup, it seems to load them.

tl;dr: Configurator 2 is terrible.

Same here.

We have multiple blueprints for multiple clients over iOS 9, 10 and 11.
The info on the info screen is quite important, however I can not see any of it to verify the state of the blueprints, and have had to resort to creating spreadsheets, as I cannot simply redo them all in iOS11.

If i update the blueprint to prepare the ipad instead of use the backup, the info reappears (mostly), but, as Duk242 says, using the older backups blanks the info screen completely.

Nope. I got so sick of Configurator I decided to migrate over to AirWatch.

Though, I still need to use Configurator to set them up 😐

I use multiple blueprints now, the restore backup one works, but you just need to trust that it actually works because the info screen for the blueprint is blank.

I wish Apple would do some sort of QA for this -_-
