Iphone 6 stuck in DFU/Black screen/Won't Restore via Itunes

Hello, I'm having an issue with my Iphone 6, I was wondering if you could shed some light. The other day, I didn't have any cell service, so I just restarted my phone. It shut down, then rebooted with the White Apple Logo. Since it usually takes about 45 secs to a min to startup, I put it in my pocket. When I took it out a few minutes later, the screen was black and unresponsive. I tried to hard reset but it didn't do anything. It wasn't a low battery since I had around 70%, but I charged it just in case. When I got home, I plugged it into my PC laptop and a notification popped up that told me the device was in DFU mode. I don't use Itunes, but I installed and updated to the newest Itunes. It told me that it detected a Phone in recovery mode and that it needed to be Restored. At that point, I didn't want to erase my data, so I tried workarounds like tinyumbrella and I even paid for TenorShare ICarefone. Tried to kick it out of DFU and tried to update and repair using TenorShare's software. The TenorShare software starts the repair process and the White Logo even comes up, but the phone freezes and the process fails. When I decided that I just would start from a setup of a new phone, I went back to Itunes to try the Restore. After it downloaded the newest update, the process starts, but the same thing happens. the White Logo comes up and the phone freezes during the Preparing Phone for Restore process. The error that comes out is 4005. This is from the last line of the log: [21:22:12.0924] Depth:0 Code:4005 Error:Gave up waiting for device to transition from Recovery state to BootedOS state. Someone told me that it is probably a problem with the NAND IC. I guess a problem with this flash system? I don't know what this means, but it seems serious and quite technical when I did a search on Google and YouTube. I'm really not sure how this whole problem occurred, I've never had a problem with it before, never been dropped nor water damaged. Never jailbroken and I was using iOS 10.3, hadn't even tried to update to 11 yet. Do you have any ideas? I'm totally at a loss....
