Update and restore itunes download error @2gb every time

Daughter's iphone se has disabled connect to iTunes message. when trying to update and restore the download stops at 2gb of 2.43gb every time with unknown error.

That's what I'm doing and it appearing to be working until the download size reaches 2gb then it errors. Its always at 2gb. No more no
