iPhone 7 stuck in boot loop, wont restore.

My iPhone 7 is stuck in a boot loop and when I attempt to update OR restore it, it begins the process, then restarts back into recovery mode. I also have tried using software like ReiBoot, and nothing is working.

iPhone 7, iOS 11.0.2, I also have the Beta Program.
