Error (9) while updating iPad Air
An update appeared in configurations but while trying to open to see new updates it would not show any updates. It would only say version iOS 10.3.3 was the latest version. This is a family member's iPad and they said they had been pressing "try later" for updates. I'm always in charge of updating it. I tried updating only for that error to come out, and also had another error in which I would try to find new updates and nothing would come out and try again later. I gave up and was trying to screen record something so I plugged it onto my mac only for an update pop up to come out. I pressed update and got error 9 (The iPad cannot be updated and error (9) but then I got other pop ups show up. I will share them here.
I've tried the following:
Restarting iPad
Restarting Mac
Trying another lighting-usb cable
I don't know what else to do and I don't want to have to buy a new one as some people said they were told to do when visiting their apple store. If you can help it will be greatly appreciated.
