I received an email from noreply@apple.com about violation of terms. The page looks official, but will only let me enter Apple ID and password. Is this A real email?

Absolutely not. The website domain is customer-appleid.hezichuang.something. If it were from Apple, it would be something.apple.com.

Forward the e-mail to Apple before deleting it. Apple will always address you by your name or the name they have on file for you.
