Everytime I listen to something on my iPhone, it mirrors to my Apple Watch (series 3). I want notifications and things to mirror there, but I don't want music and video and audio from websites viewed on iPhone to mirror there. How to configure?

Under watchOS 4.x, the Now Playing app can be configured to be shown automatically on Apple Watch upon raising your wrist when playing supported media on your iPhone. This is the default setting.
To turn this feature off:
On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch (tab) > General > Wake Screen > turn off Auto-Launch Audio Apps.

Omg, you are awesome! This has been driving me crazy (to the point of considering getting rid of my apple watch all together!) and this worked!!! Not only was my watch battery draining faster than before the update, but whener I wore a long sleeve tee-shirt, the volume would adjust whenever I moved my arm! Phew, that was getting frustrating.
