iOS 11: Speeding up screen transitions

Since updating to iOS 11, I've noticed that the transitions from lock screen to home screen, between apps, and between apps and the home screen now do this fade-in/fade-out thing that feels slow and doesn't add anything to the iPhone experience. Is there any way to disable or speed up those transitions?
