Decrypting Progress: ( Paused ) ( Unlocked)

Hello,

My Macbook Pro wanted to install some updates to HS.

The FileVault was decrypting as the process started.

Now I`m not able to log in, sinve the /System/Installation/Packeges/OSInstall.mpkg is missing og damaged.

I`m not able to repair via diskmanager aften CMD+r, or able to re-install since the HD is “decrypting”

From Terminal, i did the diskutil apfs unlock of the disk and list

it shows decrypting process: ( paused ) (unlocked), at 65%

the Power is plages in.

I`ve rebooted a few times. No change

Andy suggestions?
