Lag ableton/logic with external monitor

Got a new monitor. AOC 32 inch connected with DisplayPort. But if i open logic or ableton it lags while i'm scrolling and zooming the project. Really annoying... This is not at the resolution 1920x1080 and 3840x2160. But this is to small or to big.

I want it at 2560x1440. Thats for me the perfect resolution to work with. Can this be solved?
