Unable to use keyboard shortcut in OneNote for iPad

Hi, I am using an iPad Pro 12.9’ paired with a Logitech keys-to-go keyboard. I use a lot bullet points when taking notes, but the keyboard shortcut for bullet points (“cmd + .”) does not function in OneNote. I tried to update the iOS and OneNote to the latest version, but still the shortcut cannot function. I had to leave my hand off the keyboard in order to creat a bullet point, which is annoying. It is weird that other shortcuts function well (like numbering, indenting...)

I wonder if anyone has the same problem?
