Bonjour error mDNSCoreReceiveResponse: Unexpected conflict discarding

Greetings - Running iTunes 12.7.0.166 on a Windows 10 64 bit desktop. It is a new system that I transferred my iTunes to. My movies are store on an external drive and I initially had issues with iTunes finding them. Wipe all the movies from the library and added them all back in. Now iTunes works with most of the movies but with some it is not. When you try to open them, the window opens and closes right away. In the application event viewer I have the error: mDNSCoreReceiveResponse: Unexpected conflict discarding 23 24.1.168.192.in-addr.arpa. PTR DESKTOP-U9Q8BS0.local. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling Bonjour and iTunes but no change. Any help is greatly appreciated.
