Why won't my iPhone 6 update past iOS 10.3.3?

Everyone I know with an iPhone is talking about the new update, and I go to update mine (which is currently at 10.3.3) and it says "Your iPhone is up to date". Last summer I updated using the iOS 10 Beta but now my phone won't update past 10.3.3. Does anyone know why this is or how to fix it?

Hello, friendlymangos!

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. I see that you're getting an "up to date" message on your iPhone, despite it currently having iOS version 10.3.3. I understand the importance of keeping your phone's software up to date, and would be happy to help!

  1. First, check Settings > General > Profiles & Device Management. If you find an iOS Beta Software Profile installed, delete the profile.
  2. Next, Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
  3. Finally, Check for updates in Settings > General > Software Updates again to see if the update is there.
Let us know how that goes, and have a great day!

Probably because you're still using beta.. delete that and then you can update to 11.

Trying to get latest update ( currently at 10.3.3) and have tried to follow instructions to see if I'm on Beta so I can turn it off. But when I go to Settings>general> I can't find Profiles>Device Management.... where the heck is this? I have a 5s. I actually have a 5c for work and got a more recent update on that phone, just not on the other.

Help, please!

Thanks.
