How can I turn off landscape lock screen on iPhone 6 running iOS 11?
This has got to go.
Use Control Center to unlock Orientation Lock, or check the physical button just above volume buttons.

Let Apple know. The more people report the bug, the better chances of Apple addressing it.
This is definitely a bug and has been around since the first beta versions of iOS 11. If you use a Passcode or TouchID, I do not believe you will have the issue. I do not use either, so it is very annoying to have my iPhone wake to the unusable landscape mode dozens of times a day.
Tried that numerous times but any time I use an app that is in landscape mode, the iPhone lock screen automatically defaults to landscape mode 🙁 Really want a switch in settings that is “turn off landscape mode on lock screen.”
