Does anyone know if the first generation iPad will take iOS 10 without slowing Dow and crashing? What the best site to upgrade it

I don't want to jailbreak but there are apps like iTunes I want to keep up with my music and movies on the go

2010, 1st gen iPad 1 cannot be upgraded past iOS 5.1.1.

You need an iPad that can accept a more recent iOS version, you will need to purchase a new or newer (used) iPad model.

The new 2017, iPad 5 is THE cheapest 9.7 inch iPad Apple has ever made with full up to date spec.

See here.
