whatsapp ringtone problem
I am not getting whatsapp ringtone when phone is locked
iPhone 6s, iOS 11.0.1
Settings>Notifications>Whatsapp
Check also Whatsapp settings (inside the app).

In whatsapp website click on FAQ (top-right), then choose iPhone

What do you mean for "...and other other ringtone from contacts form different network is not ringing"??
Did you want to say "from different chat/group"? (every chat/group can have different tones).
Inside the Whatsapp app there are two settings levels.

our company has one internet provider and our colleagues( from our company contact list) when call me on whatsapp ,when phone is locked and i am getting ringtone. other person not our employees when call me on whatsapp when phone is locked I am not getting ringtone, only missed call message appears in whatsapp scree.This problem i am not getting in Viber and face time. Where to find instruction webpage at WhatsApp.I checked not appearing instructions.
