I have copd, and was wondering if the Apple watch 3 can monitor my oxygen levels?

Apple Watch does not include an oxygen sensor.

They really should add that as an update. It would be very helpful to people who need to closely monitor their health. I have Cystic Fibrosis would get great use out of an O2 monitor.
