how to undelete a movie from iTunes
Hi Guys,
I inadvertently deleted a movie from my iTunes collection.
Can I re-download it, or un-delete it in some way or will I need to buy it again?

If it's still in the store, and if you haven't moved countries since buying it and you are in a country where films can be redownloaded, go to the Account > Purchased menu option and see if it shows there for redownloading - if it doesn't show check to see if you've hidden it from there : Hide and unhide iTunes Store, App Store, or iBooks Store purchases - Apple Support
If you can't redownload it copy it back from your backup of your downloads/library
