I am planning to go to Dubai in December and plan to buy the new iPhone X from there and bring it back to UK and use it.
Would the phone be fully serviced and covered under warranty in the UK stores? And would i need to buy Apple care+ from Dubai or here in the UK for coverage?

iPhone warranties specifically include a clause that Apple may restrict service to the country of original purchase.
No, it won’t; the repair shops may fix minor issues, but are highly unlikely to be able to replace it. In addition, an iPhone originating from there won’t have FaceTime in the UK.
