You cannot install Cortana on an iOS device.
Search the App Store for Cortana.
For questions about how to use the app, ask Microsoft for support, as it is their app and not Apple's.
Apple's virtual assistant is Siri.
Cortana is Microsoft's digital assistant she is only available on Windows devices, You cannot install it on an Apple device.
Apple's devices have Siri.
I stand corrected. Never knew there was a Cortana app in the App Store.
