Please tell me how to install IOS 11 on iPhone 5c?

Hi there I would recommend you to use iOS 10 or 9 because 11 is a crap even on my iPhone SE and 7
iOS 11 is 64-bit only Operating System.
iPhone 5C has 32-bit only processor. Therefore, 64-bit OS can't be installed on 32-bit processors. You must have iPhone 5S in the 5-series, which has 64-bit processor, to be able to install iOS11.
