Accidental Purchas

I accidentally purchased an item on the App Store and already cancelled the subscription but have not received my money back? Why not?

Officially, all purchases are final, but you can try to get a refund by completing the Report a Problem form.

Get help with an item purchased from the iTunes Store, App Store, Mac App Store, or iBooks Store - Apple Support
