How do i delete these Guest User accounts?

I have MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015) w/ MacOS High Sierra 10.13

I had to reset my iCloud configurations because my iPhone got stolen, changed all my passwords, and then a guest user account appeared in the log screen, i disabled the account in system preferences, restarted my computer and then a second user account appeared.

User uploaded file

As you can see is a weird looking guest account and it has a password, y tried just hitting enter but it didn't work so i tried to enable and disable the account again and this happened.

The weird looking account now has this even weirder look and it won't go away.

What should i do?

You can try using these terminal commands:

dscl localhost delete/Local/Default/Users/Guest

rm-rf/Users/Guest

If that doesn't work, then in the meantime, however, you can take a look at this page

which will show you how to remove the password so you can at least see what's inside.

At first, the terminal solution worked but it came back at the second time I restarted my computer, just after marking that answer as helpful, I actually had to clean install MacOs high Sierra and all the problems were gone (obviously), so if you don't mind going trough that theres a solution.

Check this link if you want a clean install http://osxdaily.com/2017/09/27/create-macos-high-sierra-bootable-installer-usb/
