My Pad Pro 10.5 Screen Always looks Dirty no matter how many times I clean it ?

The day I got my iPad Pro 10.5 I noticed the screen was different too my iPad Air.

it just seems too mark very easily it looks dirty no matter how many time I clean it, I did mention this on a convo too Apple Support but was told nothing changed in the screen Ive only ever used a very small damp sponge and then buff it up with kitchen roll.

within seconds it looks fithly (yes my hands are washed, and clean) Now I can see a blue mark on it when I hold it a certain way when the screen is White like this.

What is going on I bought my Tablet from a reputable website (Very.com) & I only got it roughly between the 17th 25th July.

I dont know what too do ?

I hate a dirty screen ?

Can Anyone Help or been threw this No Water has got inside as the sponge is only 8cm by 4cm and squeezed out basically dry. So it’s not that Plus I dont tgink it would work if it had !!!

Thank For Any Help

Try using a microfiber cloth to clean the screen. Don't use paper towels (kitchen roll?), especially dry. Paper towels are made of wood fiber which could possibly lead to the screen being scratched over time.

That being said, the iPad is meant to be a touchscreen device. You will get fingerprints on it, there's no getting around that fact.

A microfiber cloth should clean up the screen nicely...until you touch it again. That's the nature of the beast.

I never even thought of the wood in the paper 🙄 Guess I shall hit the shops and buy some Micro fibre cloths,

I used too use the little cloths you get for cleaning peoples glasses on my other iPads which worked.

I just find this screen different from every other iPad Ive had and Ive had quite a few tablets now.

I Was too go into the Apple Store at 4.00pm but twisted my ankle when I was out this morning I shall make another appointment just too have it checked over.

But your right I shall stick too the cloths from now on.

Thank You So Much For Answering it’s much appreciated.
