Is it possible to capture a 120 FPS screen recording?

I would like to screen record a game that I play, capturing it at 120 FPS, and then post the 120 FPS to youtube.

I am using an iPad Pro 10.5, but I don't believe that the built in Apple screen recording in iOS 11 captures at that high a frame rate. Does anybody know what the max FPS it captures at by the way?

If it's not possible to record at 120 FPS using the built in Apple screen recorder, then might anybody know of a third party solution perhaps that records in great quality at 120 FPS?

I have a small update.

I just captured a video of me playing the game, using the built in screen recorder, and then I examined the video file and saw that it was only around 53 FPS.

That is not good enough for me, so I am looking for another method.
