Where are my workouts saved ?

Historic Health and Activity data from Apple Watch is stored on your paired iPhone and is synced to it automatically when the devices are connected.

Past workouts that have been recorded via the built-in Workout app (or a third-party app that shares data to Health) can be viewed:

In the companion Activity app on your iPhone:

• On your iPhone, in the Activity app, go to: Workouts (tab) > tap on a workout to view the summary.
• Work out with your Apple Watch - Apple Support
• Use the Activity app on your Apple Watch - Apple Support

In the Health app on your iPhone:

• On your iPhone, in the Health app, go to: Health Data (tab) > Activity > Workouts > Show all Data > tap on a workout to view the data.
• Use the Health app on your iPhone or iPod touch - Apple Support
