transcend 32gb JetDrive Go stopped working after iOS 11.0.3

My transcend 32gb JetDrive Go stopped working after iOS 11.0.3 was upgraded on my iPhone 6.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled trancend's JetDrive Go app several times and it is fully updated.

When I plug the drive into my phone I get the standard message "JetDrive Go would like to communiate with the Trancend JDG300"

When I click the "Allow" button I get this warning " Drive not detected. Please plug the JetDrive Go!"

Of course the drive is plugged into the phone. And I have been going around in circles, rebooting my phone, uninstalling and re-installing the app, the drive and nothing can get it to work.

It worked perfectly yesterday before I upgraded to iOS 11.0.3

Therefore the new iOS 11.0.3 operating system has killed my Trancent JetDrive Go, which is a massive pain in the backside, as I use it daily to pull videos off my phone. And now my work flow has come to a grinding halt.

Does anyone have a fix?

iPhone 6, iOS 11.0.3, null

Hello Everyone, Trancend did respond to me a few days ago, and provided a fix that worked! I am back in business which is great. So here is the fix, which I would like to share with everyone:

1) Download the JetDrive Toolbox: https://us.transcend-info.com/Support/Software-181/

2) Perform the "Online Recovery" function of the software. with the JetGo drive plugged into your Mac desktop. This will wipe the drive clean of all data.

3) Then uninstall and reinstall the JetDrive Go App on your iPhone 6

And voila. You will be back in business and the drive will be recognized by the iphone with iOS 11.0.3.
