Can i change my profile post submission of application for a job ?

Hi,

I have appplied for an intern here.

The resume and cover letter uploaded that time required some more changes though i submitted it.

Now if I edit my apple profile after submission, will that change in my resume and cover letter also of my previous submissions.

Will the recruiter basically check my latest version of profile or the profile I submitted earlier with a particular job.
