How to view / access .NSF (Lotus Notes) files

Does anyone know how I can access/view/convert my old emails in .nsf (Lotus Notes) format to my MAC?

You can get a trial version of Lotus Notes for Mac from http://www.ibm.com

They called it a trial, but I used it for almost a year with no problems.
