Itunes has detected a problem with your audio configuration. Audio/Video may not work properly.

I now use windows 10 and other discussions did not indicate how to resolve in win 10, without uninstalling program.

Tried reinstalling twice but both time the error repeats. All my system drivers are fine and working, as am able to play mp3 files from other players without any issue.

Please advice and thanks in advance.

In iTunes use Edit > Preferences > Playback and look at the entry for Play Audio Using. This will normally be set to either Direct Sound or Windows Audio Session. Changing the setting may help. If not change back to the original value and try once more. Failing that see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates and in particular the second box for a full tear down and rebuild.
