how to uninstall spotify from apple watch
spotify takes over my acreen while i am working out and i cant keep track of my stats without stopping and fiddling with my watch? i just want it in my phone and airpods and not on my watch.

Spotify does not offer an app for Apple Watch.
You are referring to the Now Playing app, which can be configured to be shown automatically on Apple Watch upon raising your wrist when playing supported media on your iPhone. Under watchOS 4.x, this is the default behaviour.
To turn this feature off:
On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch (tab) > General > Wake Screen > turn off Auto-Launch Audio Apps.
