Apple pay declined but charged
I used Apple pay at Adidas online shop and it was declined. But I found it was charged in my bank account. I didn’t get any email from adidas, so order would not have been processed. How can I get a refund?

Apple Pay payments are a matter between you, the merchant (or app developer, for payments made within apps) and your card issuer.
Apple / Apple Pay does not collect any transaction information that can be tied back to you.
