There are 2 charges for the same purchase from last night. How do I get one of them refunded.?

I have a duplicate charge for same item. How do I get one of them refunded.?

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 11.0.2

Both charges show on your iTunes account's purchase history, or is one of them just a temporary store holding charge (About payment card authorization holds in the iTunes Store - Apple Support) ? If it does show twice contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
