Transfer purchases to another Apple ID
Good day,
I have changed my apple ID and now I would like to transfer all my App Store purchases to the new Apple ID, is this possible and how do I do it?

You created a new account instead of updating the existing account ? If you do now have multiple accounts (you can't transfer content between accounts, all content is permanently tied to the account that downloaded it) you could put both into a Family Share
